3. Treatment Information & Results
We aim to provide accurate, current and transparent information about our services.
However, treatment outcomes vary between individuals and are influenced by factors including skin condition, anatomy, medical history, lifestyle and individual response.
No particular treatment outcome, duration of results or level of improvement can be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions, ongoing maintenance or additional appointments to achieve or maintain the desired outcome.
All procedures carry potential risks, which will be discussed during your consultation and consent process.

Prices, treatment offerings, appointment availability and promotional offers may change from time to time.
Any pricing displayed on our website is subject to confirmation and individual treatment suitability.

At AESTHETICA HQ, we value your time and appreciate the opportunity to care for you.
Our appointment policies help us provide a seamless experience for every patient while respecting the time allocated to our clinical team.
We kindly ask that you familiarise yourself with the following conditions before making a booking.
1. Consultation Appointments
At AESTHETICA HQ, we offer complimentary consultations to help you explore your concerns, discuss available treatment options and receive personalised recommendations from our clinical team.
In-Clinic Consultations
Our in-clinic consultations are complimentary, with a $50 refundable booking deposit required to secure your appointment.
Following attendance at your consultation, your deposit may be:
Refunded to your original payment method; or
Credited towards a future treatment, should you wish to proceed.
There is no obligation to undergo treatment following your consultation. If you choose not to proceed, your deposit remains fully refundable following attendance.
Virtual Consultations
We also offer complimentary 15-minute virtual consultations conducted over the phone, allowing you to discuss your concerns with our team from the comfort of your home.
No booking deposit is required for virtual consultations.
Please note that an in-clinic assessment may still be required before proceeding with certain treatments to ensure suitability and patient safety.
All consultations are subject to appointment availability and our Booking & Cancellation Policy, where applicable.
2. Treatment Appointments
A $100 deposit is required to secure a treatment appointment depending on the treatment.
The deposit is credited towards the total cost of your booked treatment.
The remaining balance is payable at the time of your appointment, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved by the clinic.
A booking deposit reserves dedicated appointment time with our clinical team and is not an additional treatment fee.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
At AESTHETICA HQ, we understand that plans can change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Where at least 24 hours' notice is provided, your booking deposit may be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will generally result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Any new appointment following a forfeited deposit will require a new booking deposit.
We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to manage appointment availability and respect the time reserved for each patient.
All deposit and cancellation conditions are subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
4. Failure to Attend
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without providing the required notice will generally result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
A new deposit may be required before another appointment can be secured.
6. Medical Suitability & Treatment Changes
All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and individual suitability.
If our clinical team determines that a treatment is unsuitable or should not proceed for medical or safety reasons, alternative options may be discussed.
Where the clinic cannot provide the booked treatment due to clinical unsuitability identified at assessment, the treatment deposit will be refunded or, at the patient's choice, credited towards another suitable service.
This does not prevent the clinic from charging for a separately disclosed and agreed consultation service, where lawful.
7. Clinic-Initiated Changes
In the event that AESTHETICA HQ needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Patients will be offered an alternative appointment or a refund of any deposit paid for the affected booking.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
We recognise that unforeseen circumstances, illness and emergencies may arise.
If you are unable to attend your appointment due to exceptional circumstances, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Requests for exceptions will be considered fairly and individually, taking into account the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any deposit retention or cancellation fee will be applied only where lawful, reasonable and consistent with the booking terms disclosed to you.
10. Contact Us
For appointment changes or enquiries, please contact AESTHETICA HQ directly as soon as possible.

Booking deposits are subject to our Booking & Cancellation Policy, including the minimum 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling notice.
Treatment packages are non-refundable for change of mind. Requests involving unused sessions will be assessed in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Opened or used retail products cannot be returned for change of mind.
2. Treatment Policy
All treatments at AESTHETICA HQ are subject to consultation, clinical assessment and individual suitability.
Please note:
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals, and specific results or longevity cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments may require multiple sessions, additional treatments or ongoing maintenance to achieve or maintain results.
AESTHETICA HQ reserves the right to decline, postpone or modify treatment where clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
Patients must disclose relevant medical history, medications, allergies and previous treatments before proceeding.
Patients are encouraged to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions to support appropriate healing and recovery.
Any concerns regarding treatment outcomes or complications should be reported to the clinic promptly. A clinical review may be recommended, and additional treatment may incur fees where appropriate.
Clinical photographs may be taken for assessment, treatment planning and medical records. Separate consent will be obtained before any photographs are used for marketing purposes.
3. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, replacements, repeat services or other remedies will be provided where required by law, including where products or services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
